Cooked fajita chicken with a blend of spices. Supply of soft flour tortilla or hard corn tortilla shells.
All toppings include: Shredded Cheese, Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes, Diced Onion, Sour Cream, Salsa and Jalapeno.
All pasta dishes include Parmesan and choice of noodles: Cavatappi, Fettuccini, Mostacholi, Macaroni, Tortellini, Spaghetti.
Choice of Iceberg (shredded or chopped), Romaine or Spring Mix lettuce.
Basic Toppings: Shredded Cheese, Fresh Diced Tomatoes, three dressings of your choice (additional dressings can be added).
Additional items can be added for an additional cost: Bacon Pieces, Croutons, Cucumber, Diced Ham, Cooked Chicken, Peppers, Boiled Egg, Onions.
Pricing based on 50-200 guests. Group between 35-50 guests, add $1.00 per person.
Hickory smoked pulled pork with BBQ sauce on the side, BBQ ribs (3 bones per person), marinated pork chops, baked beans, coleslaw or potato salad, housemade potato chips, hamburger buns and rolls, assorted cookie tray.
All of our menus are served with buffet style. Your caterer will provide tables, table coverings, serving equipment and utensils for buffet line. For more formal events, we offer chafing dishes and linens for buffet tables for a 10% service fee.
Buddy's offers portable warmers and refrigeration to insure that your food is fresh and hot.
Prices are based on jobs that guarantee between 50-200 guests. Our minimum is 35 guests, but is subject to change dependent upon season. For 200 plus guests, please call or message for pricing.
Jobs may include a mileage fee dependent upon location. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your catering event. The deposit is refundable with a 48-hour cancellation notice. Gratuity is not included in pricing.
A serving time of one hour is scheduled for most jobs. Each additional hour is $25.
The number of guests must be guaranteed 48 hours prior to your event. You will be charged for the total number of guests confirmed and any extra guests not included.
